My snap judgment going in was that this would be a total pay-to-win mess, but it’s actually fair. Yeah, spending money definitely gives you a boost, but I’ve still been able to have fun without constantly paying. Progress is slower if you’re free-to-play, obviously, but it doesn’t feel hopeless. Compared to a lot of other games like this, the balance is surprisingly decent.

I’ve been using igg.com for a while now, and uh, the server stability has been good on my end. Pages load without much trouble, and I’m not running into random errors or timeouts like I have on some other sites.

Even when it seems like traffic might be higher, everything still feels steady, which I really appreciate. Nothing too fancy to say, it just works when I need it to. 5 stars from me.

Updates can take a little time here and there, but once they’re done, things go back to running well. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and I’d give it 5 stars without overthinking it too much.

I bought a game key after seeing the price in an ad, and to be fair, it was close to what they showed. There were just some extra fees and region details that I didn’t notice right away, so maybe that’s partly on me for not reading everything more carefully.

Delivery was fine and the key worked without any trouble, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the ads made those details a little more obvious, because at first glance it seemed simpler than it actually was...

I was able to log into my IGG account just fine, honestly. I even forgot my password and the reset was quick too, which was nice?? Nothing too fancy going on, just easy to get in and check my stuff. Haven’t had any issues so far.

It’s not always easy, which I actually like, but I don’t usually feel completely outmatched either. When I win, it feels like I earned it, and when I lose, it usually makes sense. i had a problem with my order and ended up asking for a refund. support got back to me quickly and didn’t make the whole thing feel complicated. the money was back in my account after a few days, so overall it was a good experience

I still enjoy playing the game and I do think it has a lot of fun moments, but the prices lately just feel way too high. It used to feel easier to justify spending a little here and there, but now everything seems more expensive than it should be, and it kind of takes away from the overall experience. I don’t mind supporting a game I like, but at this point the pricing feels a bit over the top

They seem quick about banning cheaters and sketchy accounts. Which is nice. Makes the games feel a lot more fair. No real issues on my end so far.

I had to reset my password after signing in on a new phone, and IGG sent the code quickly. It was a little annoying in the moment, but I’d rather deal with that than have someone get into my account. I’m careful about what I spend money on, so if I’m putting time or purchases into an account, I definitely want it protected. Haven’t had any issues since.
